The Capricorn Innovation Festival is scheduled for Friday May 25 and Saturday May 26 at the Chameleon Group site, 3.8km south of the Rockhampton roundabout.

The festival is being staged collaboratively by Capricorn Enterprise, Enterprise Connect (an Australian Government initiative); the Queensland Government, CQUniversity and Rockhampton Regional Council.

Both days will be open to thepublic, with visitors invited to explore innovations across renewable energy, water, construction and R&D, to witness cutting-edge building, design, construction and sustainability services, to tour the Chameleon site and meet local innovators, to discover products and services, and to learn about government assistance programs.

The event will be hosted by Chameleon Research & Development (Australia) Pty Ltd. It will run from 10am-4pm on the Friday and from 9am-2pm on the Saturday.

There will also be a business lunch and workshop on the theme of establishing a sustainable built environment business cluster in CQ.  Please contact me if you would like an invitation to participate.
